Best Time to Visit
Mexico is a big country so the climate varies. Hence, the best time to visit Mexico depends on which part of the country you are visiting and your itinerary.
If you’re visiting the beach, you’ll want to travel after hurricane season. The coastal areas are hot and dry from November to April with temperatures around 28°C, though you can expect higher prices and crowded resorts.
The wet season begins in the south in May and lasts until October. A heavy shower during this period usually clears the increased humidity before it builds up again. The Caribbean coast can be affected by the hurricane season, which runs from June to November.
While the rainy season is technically June to October, in the north of the country hardly any rain falls, while central Mexico tends to only experience heavy afternoon showers.
